Personalisation takes time, and crafting can be tedious. Kindly allow 1.5-2.5 weeks for a personalised piece.

For lesser waiting time, do opt for an Expedite or Ready Stocks.

• Wipe moisture away after a full day and polish occasionally with a microfibre cloth.

• Store in a cool, dry place, or in jewellery box. 

• Keep away from rough surfaces (such as keys) that may scratch your item, abrasive chemicals and moisture.

• Remove before shower/swim/vigorous activities

Domestic orders:

Shipping is free for orders above $300. Otherwise, a $5 delivery fee applies.

International orders:
Various shipping fees apply.

Orders will be shipped during standard business hours, Mondays to Fridays. 

Returns
Conditions for return:

Non personalised items can be returned 7 days from date of purchase or date of delivery for online orders.
Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unused and returned to us in original condition with all labels / tags attached.  

Personalised items (without valid reason) cannot be exchanged or returned.

Items are uniquely custom made to each customer and are non-exchangeable.

Replacements are allowed for valid reasons such as manufacturing defects/errors in engraving/wrong order received. Replacement fees apply.
