10/10 helix!!! it’s officially been 2 weeks since I got it done and the healing process couldn’t have been better if weren’t for the aftercare kit you guys provide teehee. Additionally, the experience alongside the piercing was super nice 🥹❤️ The steps, care, and process felt really reassuring and I felt handled with care. As of right now. it still feels like 4/10 swollen, but other than that it seems good! tysmmm <3
The labret has been easy to clean, and has not caused any irritation.
The lobes were positioned nicely, with a comsultation done. The aftercare kit provided has been very helpful with the healing process, and the healing process is going smoothly.
staffs were very friendly and patient as they walked me through the procedure! They also took the time to help me figure which piercings I like and gave me the proper steps to ensure I took the aftercare well
I initially wanted a rook piercing but was advised against it due to limited space in my ear anatomy, which I really appreciated. I ended up getting my very first conch piercing instead, and while it was definitely a bit crunchy (as expected with cartilage), the overall experience was great. Mindy was incredibly gentle throughout the process, which made a big difference in calming my nerves. She also took the time to ask if I’d want to wear a ring in the future, explaining how that affects placement—something I hadn’t considered at all. That level of detail gave me a lot of confidence in her expertise. The studio was clean and professional, and aftercare instructions were clearly explained. Overall, a very reassuring first experience, and I’d definitely recommend her to anyone new to piercings.

I had my rook done by Mindy, it was completely painless. Mindy was gentle and reassuring, making sure you are happy with the placement before piercing. I’ve already scheduled to bring my friends to her for their piercings, you should too! Thank you Mindy.
Mindy was really patient and attentive to my needs and queries. Making sure i am comfortable, and what is most suitable for me during the session and that i knew everything about aftercare.
She was very sweet and explained the whole piercing process to me in detail, before and during the process. After the piercing, she also explained to me the aftercare process and what to expect during the healing period, which is AMAZING because it cleared all my worries. She assured me that as my piercing heals, it is normal for it to have some crusting and pus. She also clarified with me how the aftercare should be done and also showed me. The first photo in the polka dot is when I first got it pierced, and the second photo is after 2 weeks of the piercing. The outcomes that she has told me about indeed happened but remembering that she said it's normal, I'm not so worried. Thank you so much for assuring me during the whole process! Will come back again if I do plan to have any more piercings! 🫶🏻🫶🏻
Mindy is such a warm personality, and truly passionate about her craft! She very intentional when she speaks her clients, and gives very good recommendations on what type of piercings to get depending on the look that we want to go for! I appreciate that she is very thorough when educating me about how to take care of my piercing so that the healing process goes smoothly. Will be back for my next piercing <3

Mindy made me feel less scared when I pierced my ears. She lets you know when it's going to happen and true to the brand name, she's really gentle with it. Mindy takes aftercare seriously too and advises you on what you should do after piercing. Overall, 1 had a really good experience with Mindy and will definitely come back again :)

I had the most pleasant experience getting my first (proper) cartilage piercing with Mindy 💕 From the tranquil, easy vibes of the studio, mellow music and Mindy's calm, steady technique, she put me at ease right from the start. And with the piercing, she guided my breathing so that it was less stressful, and before I knew it, she was done! So glad I went with her, and I can't wait to be back to downsize. It's been 2 weeks since, and following her prescribed aftercare, the healing process has been smooth with minimal swelling and almost no pain.
It hurts every time I lie down on my side because the bar is way too long with its design around gem. I wish I could return it, but I found the parcel too late so I don’t know if I can. It’s a bummer. The gem is beautiful and shiny though. Otherwise, I’d have liked it.
After a busy morning, stepping into the atelier felt like a sigh of relief. I immediately felt safe and comfortable, and the service I received was top tier. I look forward to my future visits, either for another piercing or simply to get new jewellery.
With consultation with Mindy, she studied my ear atonmey, current piercings and style, she recommend rook for my righty with has 3 loops (lefty haa 2 loops and 1 helix) to even things out. And amazingly it's really gentle piercing. All was done within seconds... Would recommend to all who wants to move onto parts of your ear which is more delicate and you will be under the safe hands of Mindy!
What a cool and comforting place to get pierced. Absolutely enjoyed my experience from start to finish. Jewellery was also so gorgeous. 10/10 recommend.

Love the quality, does not tarnish. Sales staff were very patient as we couldn’t decide on which bracelets to pick. Hope to see more charms soon! Would like to add on more charms to my bracelet
The oval is a bit out of shape. Not that obvious from a far, only when looked up close.
