SOAMI Exchange & Return Policy

We want you to love your SOAMI piece. Please read our policies carefully before your purchase.


1. Permanent Jewellery

Warranty

    • Silver chains: 30 days from date of purchase.

    • 14k gold chains: 90 days from date of purchase.

    • Covers: manufacturing defects.

    • Does not cover: loss, damage, breakage, changes in appearance, kinks, or normal wear and tear.

Repairs

    • Repair services are available and subject to assessment.

    • Repairs outside the warranty period are chargeable (from $20).

Refunds & Cancellations

    • Deposits are fully refundable if cancelled at least 6 hours before your appointment.

    • Rescheduling must also be made 6 hours in advance.

    • No-shows or late cancellations will forfeit the deposit.

    • Once a chain has been cut and welded, no refunds are possible after the service has been rendered.

Breakage

    • If your piece snags or breaks, we will do our best to repair it.

    • Lost chains are not replaced, reimbursed, or refunded.

2. SOAMI's Jewellery Products

Exchanges

    • One-for-one exchange available within 7 days of purchase/delivery.

    • Items must be unworn and in original condition with all tags/labels attached.

    • Refunds are not issued.

Exclusions

    • Engraved or personalised items (unless faulty) – final sale.

    • Sale items – final sale.

    • Competition prizes – non-returnable.

    • Ring resizing (see below).

    • Special Notes for Rings

        • Rings are resizable for a fee (please contact us for details).

        • Stainless steel ring designs are non-resizable but may be exchanged within our 7-day exchange policy.

        • If a ring does not fit, proof of measurement (photo/video following our Measurement Guide) is required to process an exchange.

Eligible Reasons for Exchange

    • Manufacturing Defects.

    • Wrong product received.

    • Error on our part in personalisation.

    • Bracelet resizing required (chains only).

Special Notes for Rings

    • If a ring does not fit, proof of measurement (photo/video following our guide) is required to process an exchange.

Process

    1. Email us first at hello@soami.co.

    2. Once approved, return items using a traceable courier or our pick-up service.

    3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. SOAMI is not liable for parcels lost in transit.

    4. Returns may take several days to process.

Not Eligible

    • Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
