We want you to love your SOAMI piece. Please read our policies carefully before your purchase.
1. BONDED Permanent Jewellery
Warranty
Silver chains: 30 days from date of purchase.
14k gold chains: 90 days from date of purchase.
The warranty covers: Accidental breakage. It does not cover: loss, product damage, changes in appearance, everyday wear and tear.
Aftercare/Repair
Repair services are available outside of warranty, rewelding fee ($20)
Refunds & Cancellations
Deposits are fully refundable if cancelled at least 6 hours before your appointment.
Rescheduling must also be made 6 hours in advance.
No-shows or late cancellations will forfeit the deposit.
Once a chain has been cut and welded, no refunds are possible after the service has been rendered.
Breakage
If your piece snags or breaks, we will do our best to repair it.
Lost chains are not replaced, reimbursed, or refunded.
2. SOAMI's Jewellery Products
For hygiene reasons and to safeguard all our customers, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on earrings or other piercing jewelry. This policy is in place to comply with health and safety standards and to avoid any risk of infection.
Non-piercing jewelry, excluding personalised items, may be returned or exchanged if you’ve had a change of mind. Approved returns will be issued as store credit within one week of us receiving your parcel. To begin a return or exchange for non-piercing pieces,
