We want you to love your SOAMI piece. Please read our policies carefully before your purchase.
1. Permanent Jewellery
Warranty

Silver chains: 30 days from date of purchase.

14k gold chains: 90 days from date of purchase.

Covers: manufacturing defects.

Does not cover: loss, damage, breakage, changes in appearance, kinks, or normal wear and tear.

Repairs

Repair services are available and subject to assessment.

Repairs outside the warranty period are chargeable (from $20).

Refunds & Cancellations

Deposits are fully refundable if cancelled at least 6 hours before your appointment.

Rescheduling must also be made 6 hours in advance.

No-shows or late cancellations will forfeit the deposit.

Once a chain has been cut and welded, no refunds are possible after the service has been rendered.

Breakage

If your piece snags or breaks, we will do our best to repair it.

Lost chains are not replaced, reimbursed, or refunded.

2. SOAMI's Jewellery Products
Exchanges

One-for-one exchange available within 7 days of purchase/delivery.

Items must be unworn and in original condition with all tags/labels attached.

Engraved or personalised items (unless faulty) – final sale.

Competition prizes – non-returnable.

Rings are resizable for a fee (please contact us for details).

Stainless steel ring designs are non-resizable but may be exchanged within our 7-day exchange policy.

If a ring does not fit, proof of measurement (photo/video following our Measurement Guide) is required to process an exchange.
