FAQs

Q: How long will I have to wait for a customised item?
A: Handmade takes time, we require about 7-12 business days for domestic shipping. International shipping takes about a week longer, depending on which courier service you opt for. We are always working towards shortening the waiting time!

Q: Do you expedite orders?
A: Expedited orders to receive within 5-6 working days would cost an additional $35.00. This option is available at checkout. 

Q: Do you have a store?
A: We currently do not have a physical store, but do follow us on Instagram to receive updates about our upcoming location.

Q: Can I track my package?
Yes, our courier options come with free tracking links. Once your item has been dispatched from our studio, you will receive a tracking link in the email you have indicated upon purchase.

Q: Can I self-collect my order when it's ready?
At the moment we do not have a self-collection method.

Q: Will the items rust/tarnish?
As they are made from stainless steel, they will not rust. As for tarnishing, the 18k gold and rose gold plated pieces may alter over time according to your body acidity and care. This is a natural process and it is just the jewellery ageing to with your flavour.

 Q: I have sensitive skin, is your jewellery suitable for me?
Our jewellery is hypoallergenic and the materials we use are gentle to the skin. However, if you have particularly sensitive skin, do consult your doctor first. We recommend to keep your jewellery clean as we will not be responsible for allergic reactions caused. Our jewellery may not be suitable for children as their young skin is highly sensitive.

Q: What can I engrave/stamp?
Dates, your name, your mantra, your birth coordinates, your favourite bible verse.

Numbers 0-9
Symbols + / . - •  ♡ - & | ∞ # ★ , (wing symbol)

Q: Can I get a refund for customised pieces?
There is strictly no refund for customised pieces. (See our Exchange & Return Policy for more information)

Q: Can I opt for clear stamping, (words are not darkened) or other special customisation requests?
Sure! Simply indicate your wishes in "specific instructions to seller" box and tell us what you need. We will try our best to meet them.

Q: I am not from Singapore but would like to purchase your products. 
Not to worry, we ship internationally! International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and you may select your favourite couriers from our list of options.

In summary, should there be anything that you are unsure about, reach out to us first! We respond fast ;) 

* Do note that there is no courier fee refund for orders that are rushed for collection.
