1. PERMANENT JEWELLERY
Our warranty lasts 1-month from date of purchase.
The warranty against defects does not cover loss, damage, breakage, changes in appearance, kinks, or gradual degradation due to wear and tear. Repair services are available and is subjected to an assessment of item. Do note that repair work outside or warranty period is chargeable.

- You're entitled to a full refund on your deposit if you cancel at least 12 hour(s) before the experience.
- For rescheduling, kindly inform us 12 hour(s) before the experience. Otherwise, it will be forfeited if you did not turn up on your appointment time.

2. OTHER PRODUCTS
Conditions for exchange & return:
- Damaged (after being proved that the damage is not caused by the shipment)
- Wrong product
- Error on our part in personalisation
- Item needs resizing (chain bracelets only, rings are not resizable)
Our policy lasts 7 days from date of purchase or date of delivery for online orders. If 7 days have passed since the date of your purchase or delivery of your online order, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange or return.
To be eligible for an exchange or return, the item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unused and returned to us in original condition with all labels / tags attached.
Personalised items (without valid reason) cannot be exchanged or returned.
Proof of purchase must be shown.
For rings, please follow our Measurement Guide closely to minimise sizing errors. Should the rings not fit upon purchasing,we require proof of measurement (in pictures/video documentation) that follow the guide closely in order to process an exchange.
For any other concerns in your order that did not match your expectation, kindly contact us.
Returns may take several days to process.
We do not offer refunds if you change your mind or on sale items or items won in a competition.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. As we are not liable for the loss of the item being returned, we recommend sending your parcel with a traceable service or using our pick up service.
