Q: How long will I have to wait for a customised item?
A: For local orders, we require anywhere from 1 week - 2.5 weeks based on your customisation.
International shipping takes about 2-3 weeks depending on which courier service you opt for. We are always working towards shortening the waiting time!
Q: Are you able to expedite orders?
A: Expedited orders to receive in 5 working days would cost an additional $45.00. (subject to a case by case basis). Please contact us before placing your order for us to determine if your order can be expedited.

Q: How to find my ring size?
We run by US sizing (4-10) and do not carry half sizes. Check with your nearest jeweller to find your US sizing or use our options below:

Q: What if the rings don't fit?
Stainless steel rings are unable to be resized. Contact us to schedule for a re-do of your ring/s. For a re-order, we are able to subsidise 30% off your re-order.
Alternatively, you may purchase ring size adjuster strips to tighten the fit.
Q: How do I track my package?
We use trackable, doorstep delivery. Upon dispatching of item, you should receive an email with a tracking link.
Q: Can I pick up my order in store instead of opting for delivery?
Yes! Self-pickup option can be selected upon check out.
Q: Will the items rust/tarnish?
Our items are either made of stainless steel, or Gold Vermeil.
They have a long lasting quality and will not rust.
18k gold and rose gold plated pieces may alter over time according to your body acidity and care. Take proper care such as avoiding harsh chemicals (eg. perfume, sanitiser) to maintain their longevity.
Q. What is Gold Vermeil?
A thick layer of 18k Gold (5 micron) plated over sterling silver.
Q: I have sensitive skin, is your jewellery suitable for me?
Our jewellery is hypoallergenic and the materials we use are gentle to the skin. However, if you have particularly sensitive skin, do consult your doctor first. We recommend to keep your jewellery clean as we will not be responsible for allergic reactions caused. Our jewellery may not be suitable for children as their young skin is highly sensitive.

Q: Can I get a refund on customised pieces?
There is strictly no refund for customised pieces. (See our Exchange & Return Policy for more information)
Q: How do I go about indicating special customisation requests?
Indicate your wishes in the Remarks box and tell us what you need. We will try our best to meet them.
Q: I am not from Singapore but would like to purchase your products.
Not to worry, we ship internationally! International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and you may select your favourite couriers from our list of options.
