As a Retail Assistant at our store, for which you will be expected to manage the store independently. Be responsible for driving sales, team management, inventory control, store operations, and delivering quality customer service.

Responsibilities:
• Drive and maximise sales performance in store through exceptional customer service
• Utilize product knowledge to upsell and cross-sell jewelry items to meet or exceed sales targets
• Understand the quality and characteristics of gemstones, metals, and craftsmanship.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory and assist with restocking as needed.
• Ensure that the SOAMI visual displays and personal representation is accordance with Company guidelines & values
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Support the Store Manager with store operations & procedures
• To work independently to manage the store and a small team
• To ensure retail team is well trained and updated regularly on product/SOP changes
• Manage in store operations
• Inventory management, restocking and replenishment

Qualifications:
• Experience in retail sales or customer service

Part-time Hours: 30-35 hours a week

Responsibilities:
• To provide a pleasant shopping experience for customers
• To possess great product understanding
• Attend to customer inquiries and needs
• Assist with in-store operations
• Basic visual merchandising and organisation of jewellery on display
• Quality checks of jewellery before presenting to customer
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.

• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and independently to manage the store
• Demonstrate initiative and thinking on one's feet to resolve retail related matters

• Able to commit 3 days a week (including one weekend). Minimum commitment of 3 months.

DIGITAL MARKETING & CONTENT CREATION (INTERN)

As a Digital Marketing & Content Creation Intern at SOAMI, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our marketing team by crafting engaging and informative content for our digital platforms. This role involves working with a team to develop and execute digital marketing strategies, create engaging content for various online platforms, and analyze campaign performance.

Responsibilities:
• Develop creative and engaging content for social media platforms
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop content ideas that are in line with our branding and objectives.
• Conduct thorough research to gather information and data essential for content creation.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure quality and consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Assist in managing social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
• Schedule posts, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the online community.
• Monitor social media analytics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Learn about search engine optimization (SEO) techniques and assist in optimizing website content.
• Help in updating and maintaining the company's website with fresh and relevant content.
• Work with tools like Google Analytics to analyze website traffic and user behavior.
• Support in creating email campaigns, including writing copy and designing templates.
• Compile and analyze data from various digital marketing campaigns.
• Prepare reports on key metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates.

• Work on growing our social media platforms by implementing effective strategies.

Qualifications:
• Aesthetic Eye for visual content creation.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop & Lightroom for image editing.
• Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is beneficial but not always required.
• Knowledgeable in content creation techniques.
• Strong interest in jewellery, fashion and trends.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Copywriting skills for captions and social media posts.
• Good command of English for effective communication.
• Design school students with exceptional portfolios are preferred.
• Minimum commitment of 3-6 months for the internship duration.

• Have basic understanding of SEO principles
• Familiar with TikTok/Instagram Reels for short video content.
• Knowledgeable about the fast fashion scene in Singapore and other countries, understanding its trends and consumer behaviours.
